Once orders are confirmed, they cannot be cancelled.

1. You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 business days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee shall be deducted from your refund (unless the product was damaged or flawed).
2. A flawed item will be replaced with another of the same specifications. However, please note that dye lots vary and it is impossible to provide exact color matches from one lot to another. We cannot provide exchanges due to variations in dye lots of the same color.
3. A shipping error on our part will be exchanged with the correct one.
4. Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. You must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange authorization. We cannot accept, nor be responsible for, items returned to us without authorization.
6. All return or exchange items must be unused and in saleable condition.

Please follow the returns and exchange process described below:

1. Please do not ship anything to us without a return authorization from us. We cannot accept any item without a return authorization, or be responsible for it, or provide exchange or credit to you.  If you do ship to us without authorization, the shipper you use, at its discretion, may return it to you or may otherwise dispose of it.
2. Please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 7 business days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Return or exchange requests after 7 business days from delivery cannot be accepted.
3. An item sent for return or exchange must be in its original packing, unused and unsoiled.  Any item that has been used, stained, washed or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
4. We must receive your return or exchange items within 15 calendar days from the date of our return authorization.
