Title of Goods & Risks of Loss
Silk Story sells products that are ordered through its website for delivery to addresses worldwide. By placing an order for delivery to any address, the customer agrees that import taxes, customs duties and fees are not included in the price the customer pays and that the customer, and not Silk Story, is responsible for payment of such import taxes, customs duties or fees.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. The recipient of an international shipment (outside of China) is the importer.
Product Descriptions
We make every attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, product descriptions may sometimes contain errors or omissions. We invite our visitors to contact us if they see any such mistakes.
Pricing
We confirm the price of an item only when it is ordered by you. If an item's actual price is higher than our posted price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you.

Applicable Law / Disputes
By visiting silkstory.com, you agree that the laws of Hong Kong will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute between you and Silk Story. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court. Hong Kong laws regarding arbitration shall govern.
